What materials are used in your trailers?
Most Wecare food trailers are built using galvanized steel frames, stainless steel kitchen interiors, aluminum composite panels, insulated walls, and durable flooring materials. Stainless steel is commonly used because it is corrosion-resistant, easy to clean, and compliant with food safety standards.
Are there any special requirements for site preparation?
Ensure the site is level, stable, and accessible for delivery. Additional requirements may vary depending on local regulations and specific trailer models.
I’m new to food trucks and trailers, how do I get started?
The best place to start the process is in our showroom discussing your dream with one of our sales associates. They can help you map out a path for what type of trailer will best fit your needs.
What is the lead time for ordering and delivery?
Lead times vary depending on customization and availability. Contact our sales team for current lead time estimates.
What are the advantages of pop-up campers?
Pop-up truck campers have two main advantages when compared to hard-sided campers. Pop-up campers are often 1,000+Lbs lighter. Pop-up campers are also lower in height when driving, often four to six feet lower. Both of these advantages translate to less strain on the truck and driver, and reduced gas consumption.
With a low-profile pop-up camper the front and side-to-side wind impact is greatly reduced. Dare we say that less wind makes driving a pop-up camper a breeze. Additionally, we ensure your pop-up camper fits your truck properly.
Our pop-up camper is designed with a focus on weight reduction. Lower weight campers widen the range of trucks that can safely and appropriately carry a camper. The heavier the camper the larger the truck, and the more robust the suspension requirements.
How long does it take to build a food trailer?
The production time for a custom food trailer usually takes between 25 to 45 working days depending on the complexity, equipment configuration, and order volume. Additional time may be required for international shipping and certification processes.
